CAM-NC Products - Update Information

Major upgrades are announced via our electronic newsletter, and on the individual product page. The subscription link to our enews is at the end of the online newsletter. Alternatively, send us your current version number and we will advise you of new features and associated costs in upgrading.

The easiest way to stay current is to purchase a FastCAM Annual Service & Maintenance Agreement.

The FastCAM SMA not only gives you priority technical support, via phone, fax and email, with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours, but also access via password to our MEMBERS AREA on the FastCAM website. SMA's can download updates and minor fixes/releases as they become available for the twelve month period. You can also purchase the software update separately if you wish and pay for support on a needs basis. Contact us to discuss your options. If you have a Corporate SMA with FastCAM, updates are generally managed internally so you need to contact your IT Administrator. Or Contact us and we will refer you to the nominated person.

We also offer discounted pricing for multiple FastCAM® workstation licenses.

Web Download Upgrades

We do not offer upgrades on these products as they do not change dramatically in functionality. Where a new version is released you will need to purchase another copy to obtain the latest features. Note: The exception is if you have purchased within six (6) months and a new version is released within that time. In that instance, we would provide the upgraded version and re-set the password. If you send us your current version number we will advise you of any product changes.

We also do not offer discounted prices for multiple copies or licenses of the web download products.
