All FastCAM® products include 30 days free technical support (email/fax), to cover installation and first time operational issues. Please help us optimize our support services and contact us by email wherever possible. All phone support is billable. Where a fee is deemed appropriate we will notify you prior to any billing or charges. We can deliver both support and training over the web. This is a fast and low-cost way for users to obtain 'virtual' one-on-one help in problem-solving and product training.
